Privacy Policy

Who we are

Pinpoint (pinsignal.app) is an independent Olymp Trade partner that delivers trading signals through a Telegram bot and channel. This policy explains what data the website and the bot handle.

What we collect

• Telegram details. Your Telegram user ID, username, display name and language setting, when you use the bot or log in with Telegram.
• Olymp Trade UID. The account ID you send to the bot for approval.
• Bot activity. Your chosen pairs and expiry, your membership status, and your signal history.
• Website usage. Basic, aggregated visit data such as pages viewed, referring site, country and device type. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not track you across other sites.
• Technical data. Your IP address and browser details are processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and keep it secure.

What we use it for

To approve your membership, let you log in, deliver signals, show your status and results, provide support, keep the service secure, and understand which pages help people get started.

Cookies and local storage

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. When you log in, the site may store a session token in your browser so you stay logged in. That is all it is used for.

Who we share data with

• Telegram, because the bot and login run on Telegram.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the website and provides analytics.
• Olymp Trade, through the partner program. We check the UID you send against Olymp Trade's partner data to confirm your account was registered through the Pinpoint link.

We don't sell your data and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you use Pinpoint. When you ask us to delete it, we remove it from the bot and the website.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also stop all messages at any time by blocking the bot in Telegram. Message @pinsignalsupportbot and a person will help.

What we never ask for

We never ask for your Olymp Trade password, your card details or your wallet keys. Never share them with anyone claiming to be Pinpoint.

Age

Pinpoint is for adults who are of legal age in their country.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date above and announce important changes on our Telegram channel.
